APHID London returns policy //
Making a return for a refund or exchange is simple: APHID London offer FREE Worldwide collection service through DHL.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in the original condition within 14 days of receiving your goods with a completed returns form. Delivery time of shipment is not included within the time given. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination.
Make sure the invoices and original tags are attached. Exchanging sizes can only be done on the same style. To exchange for a different style, you will have to send back your existing order for a refund and place a new order.
You will need to return the order to us in saleable condition. The item can be refunded if it has not been worn, washed or altered in any way and is in the original condition, security tags attached and in the packaging that you received the goods in.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item to APHID London. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to us in time. Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.

Or alternately - call DHL Customer Service at 0844 248 0828* to book and schedule your return. You will need to quote the account number listed on the returns label supplied with your order (this will start with either 95 or 96), company name APHID London, and the company place of origin, London. You will then be able to specify a time and location for collection that suits you. If you have any issues contacting DHL please get in touch with our care team at email@example.com who will be able to assist you with the returns process or locating the correct phone number for your local DHL.

Please attach the returns label (included in your original package) to the front of the APHID box you are returning to us. Please also complete and include your returns form inside the package, with your order details and reason for return. If you have lost this form you can download another one here.
Faulty or incorrect items //
If you believe the item that you have received is faulty or incorrect, please get in contact with our customer service by emailing Care@aphidlondon.com to register the faulty/ incorrect item. We will then advise and assist you with returning the garment. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.
If the item received is faulty or not what was originally ordered, please complete your return form and return using the free returns service above. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each garment’s individual washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested to these standards and quality checked on each production batch prior to leaving the production facility. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing, care or use.
APHID London accept returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order has been received by you. Returns received after the 14 day period and up to 28 days will only be accepted at the discretion of APHID London. Returns received after the 28 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less any taxes, and duties. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. After receiving this, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is not within our control. We will only refund you onto the same card or payment method with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, you may contact us to discuss alternatives. Returned items must be sent back to us from the original delivery country.
When trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up/strong perfume, aftershave or deodorant that may leave a mark or scent on the product. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Garments must be returned to us in a re-saleable conditions with original tags attached and enclosed in original packaging.
Additional Customs charges //
Additional customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be covered by you. APHID London has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local post office or the customs department for your country for more information on charges you might incur.
APHID London are not responsible for any items that are not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
